This is a group for anyone interested in creative solutions applied to real estate investing, with topics ranging from: learning the basics of buying your own real estate, learning from other investors mistakes, land trusts and how they work, start making money today by being a bird-dog, get started now by partnering, getting started with almost no money down, finding private funds to do your deals, should you buy out-of-town property, how to never be a landlord and still get the business of land-lording done, and so much more. Property classifications range from raw land, developing raw land, houses, mobile home parks, apartments, and commercial property.
All experience and skill levels are welcome. I started this group to meet other real estate enthusiasts. I look forward to exploring the dynamic world of real estate investing together and finding creative solutions to your challenging real estate problems. There are no problems just solutions!!!
