What weโre about
Feast Festival is Adelaideโs Premier LGBTQIA+ Arts and Cultural Festival. Founded in 1997 by professional arts and community cultural workers Helen Bock, Damien Carey, Luke Cutler, and Margie Fischer, Feast was created to provide a safe space and platform for the LGBTQIA+ community, where artists could freely express themselves, something that didnโt exist at that time.
Now in its 27th year, Feast is an open-access Festival that showcases emerging and established artists from both local and interstate LGBTQIA+ communities.
Much more than just the arts, Feast is a cultural festival that brings together community with event offerings such as the Queer Wedding Expo, LGBTQIA+ Historical Tours and Talks, Quiz nights, Drag Bingo, Roller Derby Bouts, Pool Parties, Fashion Parades, Speed dating and more!

Scout Boxall is one of the most exciting new talents in Australian comedy.
Winner of Best Comedy (Adelaide Fringe '23), the Moosehead Award (MICF '22), Best Newcomer nominee (MICF '21), Best Emerging Artist (Melbourne Fringe '19), Scout has appeared on The Gala, ABC's The Weekly With Charlie Pickering, Comedy Up Late, Comedy Roadshow, Mardi Gras Laugh Out Proud and Splendour In The Grass. Their work swings between pithy observational stand up and manic powerpoint comedy with a sharp political awareness.
Drawing on their last three sold out, award winning solo shows (Good Egg, Buck Wild and Turbo Lover), Scout has sandwiched fresh new material in between their all-time favourite bits to create Get Into It. The show covers everything from lockdown drills, to Eurovision, to year 10 job surveys, to The Sims, to microeconomics, to Joan of Arc and we guarantee it's going to be the night of your life.
