The days are getting shorter, so let's use the dark half of the year for more visits to the cinema! Let's see the latest film by Nora Fingscheidt, who became famous for the movie "Systemsprenger" in 2019, as an exclusive preview on the European Arthouse Cinema Day.
It stars Saoirse Ronan, one of my favorite actors, male or female. You might have seen her in films like Atonement, Brooklyn, Lady Bird, Little Women or Wes Anderson films like The French Dispatch or Grand Budapest Hotel.
The film is about a young woman returning to her home on the islands of Orkney in Scotland to deal with her past, and her addictions.
We'll meet in the lobby of Rex at 5:30pm. The film will start at 5:45pm.
You can buy a ticket online. The price is only 9€. I'm in row 12 seat 8 in case we want to be seated together.
Afterwards we can get a drink at the Irish Pub or somewhere else in Endenich.

At the moment I will be paying about 240€ per year to Meetup.com, up from 70€ the years before (there is a yearly plan that is slightly cheaper). I never asked for money before, and I have paid about 700€ in the past 10 years to keep this meetup going. We had 102 meetups so far, so it's about 7€ per meetup. Ich bin sehr froh dass dieser Film noch einmal im LVR Landesmuseum zu sehen ist! Stimmen wie die von Petra Kelly fehlen in der heutigen Welt - ich glaube dass diese Aufführung, mit den Gästen Birgit Schulz (Produzentin) und Ina Fuchs (damalige Büroleiterin von Kellys Lebensgefährten/Parteigenossen Gert Bastian) einen würdigen Rahmen gibt, ihre Ideen in die heutige Zeit zu transportieren!

Wir treffen uns um 19:00 Uhr im Foyer des LVR Landesmuseums zum Kennenlernen und Quatschen. Erfahrungsgemäß gehen wir spätestens 19:20 Uhr in den Saal. Der Film beginnt um 19:30 Uhr.
Man kann Tickets online kaufen. Ich werde das Ticket aber vor Ort kaufen, da es keine Platzkarten sind.
Danach können wir im DelikArt oder Salönchen noch was trinken gehen.
