Frederick Vegans Unite

Let's enjoy the 3rd Tuesday of every month with a meeting. Vegans Unite! Here we will bring a dish to serve at least 4-6 people. Must be 100% vegan as defined and categorized in the styles of vegan listed below. Items can be home-made/prepared. All participants assume understand and accept the risk of entering in a social gathering with their own risk that something MAY be mislabeled by accident or mishap. I personally am assuming we're all going to be entertained whether a veteran vegan or a green vegan sprout starting out trying it. If a food doesn't qualify 'after-all', we will make do.

If you would please include an index card with the ingredients and the general recipe and attach it to the dish for the event written in neat regular handwriting, that helps keep things organized.

THE SPREAD:

• Raw vegan dishes accepted on one side
• Cooked on another side, and
• Plant based meat on another side.

ABOUT VEGANS DIETS:

• Vegans eat food that is NOT containing ANY products which come from or are made BY animals.

• Raw Vegan food is plant based with no animal products which is also not heated, cooked, or processed. NOTE: The food above may be warmed but not to exceed 118⁰ degrees Fahrenheit.

• Plant based meat is considered vegan, too! It is plant based food designed to mimic meat properties, tastes, and styles.

Some vegans overt some types of vegan foods whilst some vegans enjoy these 3 styles strictly how they choose, and other vegans enjoy all 3 in whichever way they like. It really depends on the person.
