Join me for a serene, free yoga session at the beautiful Edinburgh Gardens!

This 1-hour meetup is designed for those who wish to find relaxation, connect with others, and embrace mindfulness in an inviting outdoor space.

I am a newly qualified yoga instructor with 200 hours of training from Bali HOM and completed a 25-hour Yin course, these sessions offer the perfect blend of gentle movement and meditation to nurture your well-being.

What to Expect:

Introductions & Discussion (15 mins): Meet fellow participants and set the tone for the session.

Yoga Slow Flow (30 mins): A calming, gentle yoga flow suitable for all levels to enhance flexibility, release tension, and promote inner peace.

Guided Meditation (15 mins): End with a peaceful meditation practice to center your mind and promote deep relaxation.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. Just bring your mat, comfortable clothing, water, and an open mind! This is a great opportunity to unwind, practice mindfulness, and build connections within the community.
