CHRISTMAS PARTY AT NORTH RYDE: TENNIS, PADEL &/or PICKLEBALL: 3.5 hours of Fun!

Join us for the Fun Tennis CROSS SPORTS CHRISTMAS PARTY.

Important Notes:

• TENNIS~There is NO COACHING OR ASSISTANCE. 6 available courts.
• PICKLEBALL~ There is ASSISTANCE allocated to only 1 of the 8 courts
• PADEL~ There is ASSISTANCE allocated to only 1 of the 4 courts

COST IS ONLY $20 AND INCLUDES DINNER, ALCOHOL, SOFT DRINKS & THE ENTIRE FACILITY OF 7 TENNIS COURTS, 4 PADEL COUTS & FOUR PICKLEBALL COURTS IS OURS TO ENJOY.

Arrive anytime after 4pm and stay as long as you wish (7.30pm the latest).

Play Doubles Tennis, Padel and Pickleball. No schedule, just jump on any court or activity you wish.

As this is a catered event with food and drink costs, so please ensure your RSVP is indicative of your attendance.

Cost is $20 including game time, dinner and drinks.

~Multiple assorted salads, including Vegan and Gluten Free options.

1. We have 7 tennis courts, 4 Padel & 4 Pickleball courts booked from 4pm. to 7.30pm.
2. Dinner is included.
3. Water and Soft Drinks are included.
4. Beer and Wine are included.

Getting There:

By Vehicle:
Is within the Tennis World North Ryde facility. However, due to the high number of players attending, ample overflow parking is available at 68 Blenheim Rd, North Ryde, adjacent the tennis courts, just requiring a short walk and small flight of stairs to enter the court area.

By Train:
North Ryde Train Station is only 4 minutes walking distance.

By Bus:
Bus stops are nearby, linking the City, Chatswood, Lane Cove, Epping, etc.

RSVP is essentail.

Note: There will be no coaching or playing roster.

If cash is your only option we will of course accept the payment in a safe manner.

If you book to attend and can not make it, please update to "not attending" at least 24 hours before the event so those on the waiting list have enough notice to attend.

Important Policy Notes:

Waitlists: Are now discretionary and not in order of response. This is to assist balancing the player levels particular on the doubles courts and reward loyalty to the group.

No Shows: No shows will be banned immediately with no exception. It spoils the event for other attendees often leaving three on a court for doubles play and it is unfair to those on the waitlist. The organiser can always be contacted should an emergency occur.

Late Withdrawals: Anyone who is listed as "going" and moves to "not going" after 10pm the evening before an event will be given one chance and then immediately banned the second time. Waitlisted players need notice to take your place and the organiser needs time to reschedule the player/court allocation.

RSVPing for an Event: The organiser will at his/her discretion ban any member who books far into the future and then withdrawals from most of the bookings. If your ratio of moving to "not going" is more than 50% than "went" over any 4 week period, you will be banned. Bookings for some events have been reserved by players who had no intention of attending all the events they RSVPed for. This behaviour is making it difficult for the majority of our members to establish a regular attendance pattern and plan their own commitments.

This is a social meetup and not for those wishing to play highly competitive sport.

What to Bring:

Drinking water, a towel, your racquet(s) and a smile. .
