If you RSVP as +1, please contact Les on 0426814522 by sms with the first name of your +1, and their playing level by 10pm the night before the event, otherwise your +1 will be allocated to the beginners court for the entire session.

Evening Schedule:
7.25pm: Registration at Tent near Padel Courts.

7.30pm: Group assembles at Tent for welcome and ball distribution.

7.35pm - 9.30pm Organised doubles play and coaching for beginners.

9.30pm - 10pm Unsupervised rallying and game time.

Payment should be made AT THE EVENT, in case of cancellation due to the weather.

Suitable for beginners to intermediate plus players and spare racquets are available free of charge.

Important Policies:

Wet Weather Policy: At 6pm (90 minutes prior the session), in the event of rain or unsafe playing conditions, a DECISION as to whether this Meetup will proceed will appear in the Comments thread of this event.

Should an event be cancelled due to unfavourable weather, all attendees will receive also a Notification via Meetup (if their notifications are turned on).

The Meetup Event's title will also be amended to include the word CANCELLED.

Waitlists: Are now discretionary and not in order of response. This is to assist balancing the player levels particular on the doubles courts and reward loyalty to the group.

No Shows: No shows will be banned immediately with no exception. It spoils the event for other attendees often leaving three on a court for doubles play and it is unfair to those on the waitlist. The organiser can always be contacted should an emergency occur.

Late Withdrawals: Anyone who is listed as "going" and moves to "not going" after 10pm the evening before an event will be given one chance and then immediately banned the second time. Waitlisted players need notice to take your place and the organiser needs time to reschedule the player/court allocation.

RSVPing for an Event: The organiser will at his/her discretion ban any member who books far into the future and then withdrawals from most of the bookings. If your ratio of moving to "not going" is more than 50% than "went" over any 4 week period, you will be banned. Bookings for some events have been reserved by players who had no intention of attending all the events they RSVPed for. This selfish behaviour is making it difficult for the majority of our members to establish a regular attendance pattern and plan their own commitments.

This is a social tennis meetup and not for those wishing to play highly competitive tennis.

What to Bring:

Drinking water, a towel, your racquet and smile. .
