GEEQ talk: The Impact of Generative AI

Details

Join us at Microsoft Reactor on Thursday, 5 December 2024 at 5:30pm for an in-depth exploration of Generative AI with our three expert speakers, each tackling different aspects of this technology. Whether you're in tech or simply curious about AI's impact, this event will provide valuable insights into how Generative AI is shaping industries and unlocking new opportunities.

Three speakers, three topics

Talk 1 – From Chatbots to AI Agents
Ima Miri shares her journey from building a customer service chatbot using Apache NLP to the rise of AI agents powered by large language models (LLMs). We'll discuss how chatbots have evolved into AI agents with broader capabilities, shaping the future of work, and the key considerations for implementing these technologies. We will also explore use cases that go beyond traditional chatbots and discuss how businesses can adapt to this new era of intelligent automation.
