Hello and welcome to Gentle Yoga Online. We practice gentle yoga online for 20-30 minutes per event - short and sweet! Gentle yoga is a bit different from Vinyasa yoga. The stretches (or asanas) are more subtle, gentle, and sometimes at a slower pace. At times the practice can be a gentle challenge, but always relaxed. My intention for this yoga is to bring about a sense of peace and relaxation while remaining mindful and present in your body. We practice exercising our breath with gentle movements and the best part is anyone can do them; even if you've never done yoga before!
