Who's ready for another weekday morning hike?!
We'll start at Madison Run Fire Road and take the Furnace Mt. Trail to the Trayfoot Mt. Trail, then the Blackrock Spur to the summit. On the way back, we'll take the spur to Furnace Mountain and enjoy a snack or lunch while enjoying the view.

What to Bring: Make sure your emergency contact information is in your pack. Bring your park pass, hiking boots/shoes, 3 liters of water, electrolytes, layered clothing, snacks, and first aid kit.
The hike will be challenging as we'll start from the floor of the valley and ascend to the ridgeline.
Technically you need an SNP pass as we will be entering the park on foot.
