Seven Chakra Meditation with Jess

Please join us for a full chakra meditation. During this Meditation, we will be focusing on clearing out each one of our seven chakras working our way up from the Root to the Crown. Reiki will also be offered during this Meditation as well.

We invite you to bring stones representing each chakra if you wish. If you do not have stones, they will be provided. This will assist in cleansing your chakras while allowing them to be open and balanced.

This Meditation will give you a good reset, leaving you open and refreshed while leaving behind what no longer serves you.
