DECEMBER POTLUCK - FEATURING SACRAMENTO'S #1 BAND, THE PARTY BOYS!

Our next potluck will take place on Sunday, December 1
from NOON to 2:00PM at Meristem in Fair Oaks, CA.

Sacramento's # 1 band, The Party Boys, will be performing and making a special appearance!!!

Now that the weather is colder many members don't want to meet outside, and unfortunately, all the indoor venues charge a rental fee and a clean up fee.

Therefore, I am asking if everyone could PLEASE donate $5.00 per person to cover the cost.

If we collect more than $200 need the money will be used as follows:

1. Reimbursement for the cost of the monthly supplies (plates, tableware and napkins)
2. Help pay for the monthly cost to run the Meetup group.
3. Save the funds for another rental another month.

Everyone is welcome whether they are Vegan or not, however we do request that ONLY VEGAN FOOD be brought.

Please keep in mind that many follow a specific vegan diet (gluten-free, oil-free, SOS-free, etc.) or have severe food allergies or are following a special diet (doctors orders) so we kindly ask that you bring a piece of paper with all of the ingredients in your dish listed legibly.

PLEASE BRING UTENSILS TO SERVE YOUR DISH.

If you are bringing a guest who is not vegan you must impress the importance of this to them that all the food be VEGAN and LEGIBLY
LABELED.

Sadly, some food with DAIRY, EGGS and HONEY was brought in the past.
There are people who have food allergies medically MUST follow a special diet.

We will supply paper plates, forks, napkins but also feel free to bring your own reusable tableware.

There is water but please bring your refillable water bottle.

Please make sure that your contribution feeds a minimum of 12 people.
There will be children there (yes they are indeed welcome, you can bring them) so NO ALCOHOL PLEASE and of course, NO SMOKING.

There is plenty of parking and this is a beautiful location.

You will love the music!!! The Party Boys are donating their time so there will be a tip jar for them if you'd like to show your appreciation.
