[QLD] Kids enrichment program @Paddington

Is your child easily distracted with gadgets? This Heartfulness initiated program for children is the solution! All our trainers are qualified to teach children and blue card holders.

We are delighted to invite your children to join our fun and enriching program designed to instil valuable life skills and virtues through yoga, relaxation and value-based education. It is holistic approach focusing on nurturing the intellect and the heart. They will learn academic knowledge and virtues to help them grow into compassionate, responsible and ethical individuals, equipped to face challenges of the world with integrity and wisdom.

We will teach children Yoga, relaxation, brain exercises, value-based education and plenty more fun activities. At the conclusion of the program the children will showcase their learning to parents through a play.

Each session per child is $5, parents can have a free meditation session while they are waiting for their kid to finish their session.
