Embrace a weekend dedicated to restoring balance within. You'll have the opportunity to find your center through Qi-Gong, meditation and breathwork. Immerse yourself in the serenity of nature with bush walks, and revel in the warmth of community.

Enter a sanctuary spread across 30 acres of untouched High-Country bushland. Breathe in the crisp mountain air and lose yourself in the expanse of a star-studded night sky around a warm and cosy fire every night.

###### Realign and Reflect 🌘

Purposefully retreating from life's pressures grants you the clarity to realign your priorities and tap into inner wisdom. This sacred pause is an invitation to deepen your connection with yourself and those around you through reflection, journaling, and authentic relating.

Where will you be staying? 🏠
The homestead is 2 storey - 10 bedrooms and 20 beds. You will be sharing a room, with a single bed each and an ensuite bathroom. It is a warm, cosy and spacious self-contained homestead with a beautiful living space with wood stove and a fully-equipped kitchen. Outdoors, there's a woodfired pizza oven, BBQ and fire pit to get outside and enjoy the natural environment.

###### What will you be eating? 🥗

Delicious meals will be freshly prepared by the homestead owner for Lunch and Dinner(vegetarian, gluten free, vegan options available).

Breakfast produce will be provided and you can use the spacious kitchen to make your own breakfast.Tea, Coffee, Snacks will be available at all times.

What will we be doing for 3 days?

1. Immersed in Nature - bush hikes, river dips, star gazing
2. Forging life long bonds and deep connections - sharing food and meaningful conversations around a indoor/outdoor fire each night
3. Unlocking your creativity (playful exercises such as song writing, and transcendental chanting),
4. Finding mind/body alignment to show up more authentically in the world - negotiations workshop, Qi-Gong/Marital Arts, Breathwork
5. Integrating all that you have experienced over the weekend - Plenty of time to yourself, journalling, reflecting, relaxing.
