If yes, come along and/or bring a friend and lets connect locally and form a healthy community 🏘

What to expect at our event?

• An Open meet and greet
• A 20-30 min guided meditation session
• 15 mins sharing how we liked the session and what more we could get
  out of it.
• All Ages, backgrounds, genders, experiences welcomed :)
• The event has been timed for 2.5 hours, but you do not need to stay for
  the entirety and are welcome to leave whenever you wish.

What to bring?

• **Event Fee- $15.00
• A warm jumper/jacket(just in case)
• Water
• Any resources you would like to share with the group

How to find the group?

250 George St, Fitzroy VIC 3065

Go in through the church gates, a small garden on the left and on the right hand side you will see building with stairs going up. Once upstairs, The first door on your right is the Dance of Life Yoga studio.

Please note: Attendees under the age of 18 must have a guardian with them.

18+ of age no prerequisites to join the group

IMPORTANT NOTE: ‼️‼️‼️As our event has limited spaces, we have a strict No Show Policy. If you are unable to attend kindly change your RSVP to "Not going" or message us to change it for you well before the event.

But it you do not show without letting us know we may not be able to accept your RSVP there after.H
