Polynesian dance in an art form that communicates the island culture. HOT HULA fitness® (HHf®) incorporates easy to perform movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout. HHf® is an effective 60-minute class providing a "total body workout" that is easy to follow. Moves that isolate your larger muscle groups, increasing muscular strength and definition to your core, lower and upper body with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms. Class levels range from beginner to advanced, of all ages and fitness levels. HOT HULA fitness® provides participants of all body types with a perfect, total cardiovascular workout that is intense yet easy to perform for all levels and ages regardless of previous dance experience.
