Come and have a social morning coffee with some like minded people with an interest in self development and living their best life. Join us at the Paddington Hall and we can share our tips and tricks for a happy life.

What is self-regulation? What exactly are we regulating? Is it worth the effort? Is it the path to Happiness? This presentation will cover the ‘What’, Why’, ‘When’ and ‘How’ of self-regulation.
This weeks host is is Nadine Kruger. She has a background in teaching with corporate experience but found her life purpose as a Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist. She believes that mental health is the foundation of everything we create and experience, and has made it her purpose to help others achieve lasting transformation and well-being.

Arrive early and have a coffee with the other members or feel free to stay back afterwards but be ready and seated for a 10am start.
The structured part will go for about an hour with a mix of whole group and small group discussion around the topic of the day. You can expect there to be around 20 others attending, most are regulars and some will be new like yourself.
We meet at the Paddington hall. There should be free on-street parking out the front of the hall or it's a short walk from the Milton Station.
This is a free event but feel free to make a donation if you would like to support the cause.
This is not a business and there will be no canvassing of products or services.
