After a wee break I'm starting this again. Training for 5k for charity. The app I'm using have interval runs, 1k run, walk, another one 1k run. It depends on the day, but that is my current level. There are other options/apps or different paths.

My goal is to build discipline to do things regularly no matter what. Training the brain to do the uncomfortable make it stronger, so it will be easier to do the things that matters to you and fulfil your dreams.
