Join J-Pride for our November Yiddish Cultural Café, led by Meyer Weinshel (Associate Director, Center for Austrian Studies at the University of Minnesota). We will be exploring the linguistic origins of Yiddish, and its later transformation in Eastern Europe and elsewhere into a vehicle for modern Jewish culture. We hope you’ll join us for this great opportunity to learn more about the language! We’ll be gathering at Queermunity, on November 19th from 6-8 p.m. and we hope to see you there!
