KIRTAN MANTRA MEDITATION plus YOGA BREATHING & RELAXATION
Kirtan is a form of meditation that involves the singing of divine mantras in a 'call and response' fashion. This is a very powerful form of mediation even though it looks like we are just singing. The sound of the mantras is a transcendental sound vibration which can transport our hearts and minds to a higher spiritual awareness. Most weeks we also add in a short yoga breathing session and/or a short guided relaxation session.
Please join us. All welcome. No experience needed. Free program. Donations accepted but not expected.
