Free ~ All Welcome ~ No Experience Necessary

Practice 3 easy and enjoyable methods of mantra meditation using breath, beads and music (kirtan).

The session will run until 8:30pm with tea and cookies served afterwards.

Cost: Free (donations welcome to help cover some costs)

Where: Button Factory – 2nd Floor

Parking: Plenty of Free Parking across the street
Accessibility: There is a brand new elevator at the side of the building
