What we’re about

Pilates is a mind-body exercise that focuses on the core muscles and proper alignment, stretches while strengthening, and increases range of motion. Pilates helps you feel and perform better throughout your life with better posture, muscle tone, strength, flexibility, and movement.

The La Crosse Pilates Studio is about community, belonging, movement, and improvement. Good conversation. Encouraging and respecting each other. Reminding each other how awesome we are. All in the context of using your body and mind in Pilates.

We have certified instructors for individualized, evolved instruction for your needs.

Group reformer sessions are available on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Please call or message if you're interested in privates. Other equipment, like the tower and chair, may be used in some sessions.

Group reformer sessions or workout with an instructor sessions will be available random evenings, based on instructor availability. These sessions will be discounted.

Please sign up on meetup at least 24-hours in advance.

The practical stuff:

  • Scheduling (and canceling a scheduled) private or group class at least 24 hours in advance. Sorry, we don’t schedule free time for drop ins. Cancellations without 24-hour notice will require payment for the missed session.
  • Signing a waiver is required.
  • There’s a parking lot, as well as a nearby bus route.
  • Bare feet or sticky sox are fine.
  • Wear clothes you can move around in — Pilates is full body movement.
  • You’ll be asked about body issues or injuries, as well as your goals. Of course, please respect your own body. Take breaks as needed.
