Would you like to get in better shape and have a healthier life? As we get older, this may be more of a challenge! It is easier to achieve your fitness goals when you have others to support you and keep you active.
There are 4 key components to helping you to achieve your fitness goals: Attitude, Nutrition, Exercise, and Relaxation. Join us for virtual health chats on topics to help you to stay fit and healthy.

Currently I am not able to do local walks and socials. However, if you would like to get together with other ladies locally and would like to host a social or walk, please let me know.

This group is for ladies who are 45+, although we don't ask for age verification!
