Ready to learn the hardest dances at a fast pace? Are you able to pick up the easier dances without getting a full breakdown of them? Do you know what the basic steps and terminology are, understand the fundamental concepts of how to apply them, and are ready for a true challenge? This is the class for you.
*****WHERE*****
This class (formerly a virtual class) will take place inside the large room in the Carolina Pines Community Center in Raleigh, NC. Check in at the front desk then proceed to the end of the hall to the left. You can park in the first lot you see on your right, which has the building just down the hill from it. There are stairs that lead down to the building. There are FEW spaces to park in front of the building and most of them are handicap parking spaces.There are plenty of chairs available so, if you need/want one, you can take one of theirs or you may bring your own. You are welcome to bring your own refreshments if you need/want as well.

The cost is $5. You can either pay at the door or you can pay online at https://tinyurl.com/Carolina-Pines-Monday. If you choose or have to pay at the door, please arrive early to register so you can be on time for class. This session is recommended for intermediate and up students. Beginners interested in class at Chavis are encouraged to check out the Friday class.
Join us at John Chavis Memorial Park for some Urban / Soul Line Dancing. We will be dancing inside the main building unless otherwise stated in the comments or Meet Up description. The capacity for this is currently set for 30 people, not including me. Be sure to check in at the front desk for the specific room we will be in.
There are plenty of chairs available so, no need to bring your own chair unless you are particular. :)
I will do some instruction and then we will just dance for whatever time remains. When it comes to requests during the dance/practice segment, you are welcome to request dances that you have learned in other classes from groups.

You can bisit t. FYI, you will be prompted to setup an account, if you don't have one with reclink already. If you're brand new to Hip Hop Soul Line Dancing, or simply have been out of action for some time and want to get back into the swing of things, this is the class for you. Even if you are experienced, we recommend this class for the sake of fine tuning the fundamentals of line dancing.

Join us at John Chavis Memorial Park Friday nights. We will be dancing inside the Multipurpose Room 2, which is upstairs by the elevator inside the main building. If and when weather permits, we'll be outside of the main building, as seen in the picture of this meetup. The capacity for this is currently set for 30 people, not including me. Once the session begins, the doors will be locked. You can still be allowed in if you are running late. Just knock to get someone's attention.There are plenty of chairs available for you to pull out so, no need to bring your own chair unless you are particular. :)

The objective of this class is to teach you what the basic line dance steps are, including the differences between Country Western Line Dancing vs Hip Hop Soul Line Dancing. You will also learn the fundamental terminology and concepts associated with executing these steps. Lastly, you will be groomed for following voice instruction. Towards the end of each class, what you have learned for the day will be reinforced with beginner line dances to test your knowledge. There will be plenty of music and movement so come comfortable and prepared to sweat.****HOW TO PAY*****
