This is the fifth of six topics in the Paper Art Series of classes.
Journaling is a personal and creative practice that allows us to express our thoughts, emotions, and experiences. It can be a therapeutic and reflective process, helping us gain clarity and insight into our lives. There are many different styles and forms of journaling, and no “right way” to journal.

Participants will explore how to create and decorate their journal and the different types of journals they can produce
