A Weekly, Free Healing Service
On Wednesday nights from 7-8 PM EST (6 PM Central, 4 PM Pacific), I am offering a healing service. All are invited. A group healing service will include individual healing attention to each participant. Afterward, I will offer brief intuitive readings for anyone who wants one, as time permits. Join us on Wednesday's for Kundalini Yoga class + Gong Bath.
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful blend of dynamic breath work, asana, meditation, and mantras. This enlightening practice works on strengthening the nervous system, increasing body strength, and awakening spiritual thoughts.
We'll move for about an hour and finish our time together with a Savasana Gong Bath.
