Learn how to meditate, de-stress and connect with your inner-self. A typical session includes introduction, meditation, and some balancing techniques that you can use to stay in a balanced state for the rest of the week.
After the session, you will feel in a better state both emotionally and mentally.
The workshop is designed so that it works for both new and experienced
meditators.
