Meditation on the heart has unique benefits. It allows us to tune in to our heart, and develop intuition, compassion, kindness, and love. As we embrace a Heartfulness way of living, we develop a more meaningful understanding of life as it unfolds around us. We feel positive, appreciative and joy from life in all its expressions.
Our aim is helping people integrate meditation into their lives and experience inner contentment.
There is a group of people who regularly meditate in Eindhoven. You are most welcome to join us and find the benefits.
