South Jersey Melodic Drum Circle

Join us at the PaintGround in lovely Pitman, NJ. It's on North Broadway, right near the Broadway Theatre of Pitman. This venue normally hosts events where people throw neon paint around in incubated rooms under a blacklight, to very fun effect. But they also do concerts, so I figured it would be a fun place to do a drum circle. While we're at it, we'd most likely be welcome to play with paint after the circle.

I'll bring a bunch of drums and some other fun toys from my collection of weird instruments. Feel free to bring your own drums and other instruments. This will be a semi-guided circle where we'll focus on active listening and making unique rhythms.

I'll suggest a donation of $20 to help support this local art studio.

Join us at Stuio67 in Medford for another drum circle! There should be a decent amount of people at this one as Studio67 graciously offered to help promote the event.

PLEASE NOTE, while I generally try to avoid charging, for this one, there will be a $15 charge to help cover the cost of booking the space at Studio67.

This will be a semi-guided circle where we explore interesting rhythms and tap into our creative sides. We're all about listening and sharing, call-and-response.

Drums and other instruments will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own instruments of any kind.
