NVC Practice Group - Observations (Queen Street)

In this meeting, we will delve into Chapter Three of Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication, focusing on the essential skill of observing without evaluating. We’ll begin with a brief recap of the key tenets of Nonviolent Communication and review this month’s tasks, which include reflecting on the following questions:
“What’s alive in us?”
“What value judgments do we make when we talk to ourselves?”
In the second part of the meeting, we will practice separating observations from evaluations.
