What we’re about
The purpose of this group is to provide information about how the mind works, provide a place for people to interact and also to hold a meditation at the end of the sessions for people to re balance their minds.
If you are interested in learning about how the mind works and discussing important issues about living life then this group is for you.
We will provide a 1 hour talk about the mind and how it works whilst running group segments to connect each member to discover more about themselves.
Connecting to people face to face with laughter and curiosity is one of the best ways to feel connected to our fellow man.
We will finish off the evenings with a group meditation which will help each individual feel the weight come off their shoulders and feel clearer about their current reality.
