What we’re about

Welcome to the Melbourne Talent Meetup - the local community for professionals working in Melbourne's talent (TA/People) industry.

Our Why:

The work our industry delivers affects many people on many levels. Hence, we strongly believe anyone who works in talent also has a social responsibility. We're focused on knowledge-sharing and collaboration while elevating the standard of talent practices and giving a voice to others in the industry.

Our Commitment:

We're committed to breaking down barriers and stereotypes in our industry while creating a safe and inclusive space that welcomes anyone working in the wider People space.

Attending our Meetups:

We run topical meetups with speakers as well as #MelbTalentSocial events throughout the year. We typically announce them 3-4 weeks in advance, and we'd love to see you at one of our next ones. It's a great opportunity to meet and network with like-minded professionals. You'll hear from talent leaders and influencers on a range of topics such as the latest trends, new tools and other insights that will enable you to learn.

Furthermore, we dedicate our attention to pressing matters such as mental health, ensuring that these conversations remain relevant and timely.

How You Can Support Us:

Our meetups and events are all organised voluntarily. The ticket price and support from sponsors are what enable us to continue to deliver high-quality events. If you're keen to supporting our community, contact us about sponsoring and speaking opportunities - [email protected].

Creating A Safe Space For Everyone:

The #MelbTalentMeetup is an inclusive community, dedicated to providing an empowering experience for everyone who works in our industry. Our meetups are intended to inspire and elevate professionals to excel in their careers. We do not tolerate harassment of members in any form.

Thanks for joining us and helping us positively impact our industry.
