Welcome to Hike #5: Cultivating Gratitude We will start with briefly introducing ourselves, then I will present the chosen topic for discussion, and outline our hiking route and discuss briefly discuss rules. This is an easy/medium difficulty hike for those like to hike. It’s a brisk walking pace (3.2 on a treadmill as reference) for a total of around 6 miles. I will ensure we take enough water breaks! Bring water, wear hiking shoes or solid sneakers with good support, and bug spray if you prefer it (we will cut through the grass a few times). For safety on the trail, please no flip flops, etc. If you’d like to bring a rucksack or weight vest, you can. Come with an open mind, be ready to make friends, work up a sweat, and have great discussions! NOTE: Please show up on time! We will depart from the parking lot 10 minutes after the posted time.
