Hike Murphy-Hanrehan Park

Hike about 5 miles on the trails of Murphy-Hanrehan Park Reserve at a moderate pace. With the exception of the trails, this park remains undeveloped, resulting in a remote feeling near the metro. We will hike through varied terrain with a combination of rolling hills, lakes, ponds, forest, and prairie. Bring water, a trail snack, sturdy hiking footwear, and dress for the weather.

Meet at the southwest corner of the Horse Trail Parking lot off Sunset Lake Rd in Prior Lake, GPS 44.70867,-93.33046. This location is labeled “Horse Trailer / Pet Area Parking Lot” on Google Maps

NOTE: this is *not* the same as the MTB parking area in Savage.
