There will be teaching session at 7:15 and the evening dance will start at 7:30 and end at 10:30.

Pay at the door w/ cash or electronic payment. Sliding Scale Admission: $10.00 to $20.00. $15.00 is recommended.

Expect friendly people of all ages and expect to have fun! No experience is necessary. You can come with friends or come solo, but you will have no problem finding partners with this sociable crowd. Every dance is taught, and there are plenty of experienced dancers ready to help you. Contra dancers say, "As long as you are smiling, you are doing it right"

Skirts that twirl are fun, but really, wear whatever you want. Sometimes the room can get a little warm, so layers are good, and some folks bring an extra shirt to change into at the break. Water available throughout the dance but bring your own cup or bottle.
