Hi all,

If you feel like doing some laps in the 25 metre pool or exercises in the warm water pool with your MWAG buddies, please come along! This is a relaxed event, all about doing what suits you best. There is no pressure to do laps, just whatever you feel like doing. We usually finish off with a lovely, relaxing hot spa.

Afterwards, we may go for a coffee or hot chocolate at the Dorset Gardens Hotel in Croydon. This will be decided on the night.

Cost: About $7.00 for the pool and a few extra dollars for the spa.

$4 + for coffee/tea/hot chocolate.

Times: Meet in the shallow end of the lap lanes at 7.30. The centre closes at 9.00, which allows enough time for a quick shower and change.
