Nevada County Push Hands Meetup

A meetup to practice push hands "slow sparing" for beginning through advanced practitioners of Tai Chi, qigong and related arts. Push hands can be approached a variety of ways - I aim for a gentle, non-competitive style not tied to any specific school or lineage (though can teach my approach for any absolute beginners). Come prepared to learn and teach.
