HOLIDAY. We will be staying 2 nights in Strahan, 2 nights at Cradle Mountain and 3 nights in Hobart. We will have plenty of time to do day trips to Bruny Island, Huon Valley and Mona Museum. If you would like to visit Port Arthur, you will have to book yourself on a private tour from Hobart on Saturday 15th February.

HOLIDAY ITINERARY. Sunday 9th. Fly to Hobart and pick up minibus. Drive to Strahan via Lake St Clair and Queenstown. Monday 10th. Franklin Gordon River Cruise. Tuesday 11th. Pick up groceries for 2 days. Drive to Cradle Mountain via Zeehan and Rosebery. Check in at Visitor Information Centre, 7km Dove Lake walk. Wednesday 12th. 10km Cradle Mountain Overland Track. Thursday 13th. Drive to Hobart via Sheffield and Ross. Friday 14th. Bruny Island Wilderness Cruise. Saturday 15th. Huon Valley, Geeveston and Tahune Airwalk. Alernative Salamanca Markets and Mona Museum. Sunday 18th. Mount Wellington and Mount Field 4km waterfall walk. 5.30pm Drive to Airport and drop off minibus. 6.00pm Dinner at Airport. 7.30pm Sydney Flight. 9.30pm Arrive Sydney.

GORDON RIVER CRUISE. Book yourself on Tour by Friday 10th January. Viator Tours. Go online and book 6 hour World Heritage Cruise on the Gordon River, Wednesday 10th February. I suggest booking cruise on the Harbour Master red and white boat. Window seats will cost about $195 per person. Boat departs 9.00am and returns 3.00pm.

WEST COAST WILDERNESS RAILWAY. Teetookana & King steam train 2.5 hour tour. Departs from Strahan. Tours may not be operating.

BRUNY ISLAND TOUR. Pennicott Wilderness 3 hour Cruise. $165pp. Depart Hobart 8.30am Friday 14th February. Get to Adventure Bay by 10.30am for 11.00am cruise. Chris will book cruise for everyone. If you would prefer not to do the cruise, you can come for 3 hour bushwalk with Chris. Please pay Chris $165 for Bruny Island Cruise by 15th January.

MONA MUSEUM TOUR. Book Tour to depart from Constitution Dock around 11.00am Saturday 15th, so that you've got time to visit Salamanca Markets between 8.30am and 10.30am. The rest of us can go to the Huon Valley, Geeveston and Tahune Airwalk with Chris.

HUON VALLEY TOUR. Saturday 15th. If you would prefer not to go to the Salamanca Markets and Mona Museum, you can come to the Huon Valley, Geeveston and Tahune Airwalk Chris. Cost $25pp.

ACCOMMODATION. We will book good quality one and two bedroom apartments at Strahan, Cradle Mountain and Hobart. STRAHAN. Marsden Court Apartments. CRADLE MOUNTAIN. Discovery Parks Cabins. HOBART. Bay Hotel Apartments.

MINIBUS. We will book a 12 seater minibus for 8 days. Pick up 8.30am Hobart Airport 9th February and return 5.30pm 16th February.

HOLIDAY COST. $1750 for twin share rooms. $2250 for single rooms. Cost includes 7 nights accommodation, 8 days minibus hire, fuel and vehicle insurance. Tours are optional and not included in holiday cost.

PAYMENT. Please pay Chris $800 deposit by 31st May 2004. $950 or $1550 balance payments won't be due for payment until 30th November
