Has your boss asked you to make a presentation at work next month and you instantly started to feel sweaty and sick deep within your stomach? Would you like to feel confidence and know how to present yourself when asked those tricky questions in job interviews? Maybe you are the best man at a wedding and have never spoken to a group before and are not sure where to start? Or maybe you just want to develop your speaking skills, share your stories and be entertained as others share theirs. You’ve come to the right place. Since 1924, more than 4 million people around the world have become more confident speakers and leaders because of their participation in Toastmasters.
Our club, Northern Light's Toastmasters was founded in 1992 in Woodvale in the Northern Suburbs of Perth. You will gain invaluable skills in preparing speakers, presenting yourself and impromptu speaking. You will learn from feedback and watching others, as well as supporting and encouraging others in their Toastmasters journey.
We are a friendly and supportive group and will make you feel very comfortable and welcome.
