BYO KAYAK: Moobam Creek, Pottsville

MOOBALL CRK, (round trip approximately 11 klm)

Meet at the park (200 meters past the Pottsville boat ramp) for a 8.30 am start (NSW time), to explore Mooball Crk. We will paddle with the incoming tide to explore this remarkable waterway as it winds past modern estates to give way to Mangrove and Sheoak forests.

We will paddle the 5 Klm to the remains of the old Warwick Park Rd bridge. Destroyed in the 50's, it now resembling so many standing stones protruding from the creek. Here we will pull over for a short break and morning tea, so be sure to bring something to eat and drink. After exploring the area, we will head back with the tide for lunch in Pottsville.
