NOTE: We typically get 20-25 people on this run. They don't tend to RSVP though, so don't be discouraged by low number of signups.
Two different sessions on Tuesdays:
- Ron's Run: an easy-paced 5-6km local run
- Half/full marathon training with coach Chris: a dedicated weekly Half Marathon Training Course for members (with an add-on for anyone doing an upcoming Marathon), aiming to train for events through to the end of December 2020. When not training for longer races, this becomes a Speed & Strength training session.
