Real estate investing can be intimidating, especially alone. NVST offers a community where building wealth and financial freedom are at the core.
This group is for all those who are interested in real estate investing - beginner to advanced.
Our events are designed to create a safe space for like-minded individuals to connect, share, and learn from each other. We hold monthly casual meetups and quarterly more 'formal' meetups that include workshops and guest speakers.

Josh Baldovino and Ashley Cao have been business partners for over three years, building an extensive real estate portfolio. They own long-term rentals in Columbus, Ohio, and short-term/mid-term rentals in Joshua Tree, Lake Tahoe, and Branson, Missouri. As general partners and co-founders at NVST Capital, they’re involved in a 111-unit apartment in Dallas and recently closed on a 44-bed assisted living memory care facility in Fresno, California.Ashley is a commercial lender with Old Capital, ready to assist anyone looking for financing for their commercial deals.
Josh runs a marketing agency, Invested Creators that helps businesses and investment groups generate leads and automate the follow-up process to help connect with prospective and current clients.
