Public Speaking Meeting

Come along to Perth City Speakers Rostrum Club 19, on Fridays at 7:15AM. We have lots of fun! Each meeting is different!
You don't need to speak when you first visit, you can just watch if you want (this is normal for visitors). It's free to visit.
The club has been going for many years, and we have new people coming all the time, so why not give it a go? Some people love it and have been coming for years, others come to get more confident and then move on.
We love to have new people visit and join the club, because we get new views and ideas, and we get to see them/you really improve before our eyes! It's actually really rewarding seeing people become confident speakers, knowing we've helped in some way. Plus, we all are great friends too!
We've got a set of simple speaking exercises that people move through, at their own pace, that have been proven to work. It's not too hard, and there's people that are willing to give you a hand if you need it.
We also have accredited coaches that give useful feedback, as appropriate to get you speaking confidently quickly. They are "old hands" and you will see that they demonstrate the techniques they recommend.
We have a limit of 15 people from meetup, because most of the members do RSVP by email. Be quick to secure your spot.
We are near Raine Square, at the corner of Wellington Street and Queen Street. Enter from brown door at 40 Queen Street. There's parking on the northern side of Wellington Street, that is free till 8AM, then paid. Parking till 8:24AM is $2.00. We finish at 8:15AM. There is of course CAT, train and bus stations close by.
Please try to get there 10 minutes before the 7:15AM meeting start time.
