Transformation in Action: Problem Solving for Our Public Sector
Details
Join us for an interactive session on Wednesday 27th November!
We’ll be working together to explore three key challenges that have been collated for the DTP community by leaders in the WA Public Sector Innovation Network.
These are real-world challenges faced by our state’s public sector, each picked to inspire discussion and collective problem-solving.
- Digital Inclusion: In a state as vast and diverse as WA, how can we draw on successful programs from other sectors to create more equitable access to digital services in a government setting?
- Digital Government: How might we design organisations and operating models that stay flexible to evolving services while still aligning with government planning cycles and regulatory constraints?
- Online Security: With increasing demands on government services, how can we build secure, adaptable systems that support seamless online interactions across multiple agencies and councils?
We will have subject matter experts from the WA Public Sector Innovation Network at hand to offer deeper insight into the challenges. To keep the ideas flowing, each group will be facilitated by a seasoned member from the DTP community. We’ll rotate groups throughout the night, so you will have the opportunity to explore each challenge in turn.
Rest assured you don’t need any familiarity with the public sector to attend. The transferability of knowledge and experience from the private sector to the public sector is a key driver for us bringing together the DTP community for these topics. Every idea has value, and this is a safe space for different sectors to compare notes and learn from one another.
Come share your thoughts, learn from peers, and help shape solutions that can make a real difference!
As usual, the event will be followed by networking over light refreshments.
Registration is essential!
