What we’re about

More Than Mindfulness classes are about self-care and self-mastery that can support your personal and spiritual growth and development.
Small group classes cover a variety of topics such as the different ways we give our energy away, how we can reclaim it and start creating something new.
Specific topics may include;

  • Improving Energetic Hygiene - giving back energy that's not ours and reclaiming our own.
  • Principles of Self Care and Self Mastery - going deeper with concepts of self care and self nourishment.
  • Awareness of Unspoken Contracts - contracts that dictate how we react to people in our lives.
  • How to set loving boundaries that work - boundaries based on respect for Self and other people.
  • Sharing and developing a new way of being with Humility - being the change we want to see.
  • How to unlock creative blocks in real and grounded ways.

Each class is different and may include;

  • spiritual and mindful meditations,
  • resources and handouts,
  • stimulating and unusual conversations with like minded people and
  • much more.
