Spiritual Alchemy/Meditation Classes

These classes will give you tools to refine and protect your energy field, understand yourself more deeply as the complex being you are and learn how to bring love to yourself, your relationships and life in general - thus grounding more of your potential.
We start each class with a clearing meditation and engage in a weekly class topic. Classes generally go for around an hour.

You are not required to bring anything but are welcome to bring a notebook, water bottle or whatever you need to be comfortable.
I appreciate if you could arrive just a few minutes early (not too early please) so we can start on time.

Cost: $10 (Pay in cash or I can provide you my bank details to make a transfer).
