[Josh Baldovino](https://www.instagram.com/joshua_baldovino/) and [Ashley Cao](https://www.instagram.com/_ashflow/) have been business partners for over three years, building an extensive real estate portfolio. They own long-term rentals in Columbus, Ohio, and short-term/mid-term rentals in Joshua Tree, Lake Tahoe, and Branson, Missouri. As general partners and co-founders at [NVST Capital](https://nvstcapital.com/), they’re involved in a 111-unit apartment in Dallas and recently closed on a 44-bed assisted living memory care facility in Fresno, California.

**Ashley** is a commercial lender with **[Old Capital](https://oldcapitallending.com/)**, ready to assist anyone looking for financing for their commercial deals.

**Josh** runs a marketing agency, [Invested Creators](https://investedcreators.com/) that helps businesses and investment groups generate leads and automate the follow-up process to help connect with prospective and current clients.
