The combination of being bathed in the vibrations and sounds of the Crystal Bowls, drums, ocean sea drum, Koshi chimes and the ancient healing technique of Reiki’s therapeutic touch uses the energetic field to return the Mind, Body and Spirit to their natural state. These alternative therapies are used to help with mental, emotional and physical challenges such as insomnia, stress, anxiety, chronic physical pain, as well as strengthen one’s meditative practice.
We are honored to offer these sessions to you as an opportunity for you to fully surrender and let go of all that no longer serves you so that you are able to begin the process of healing your Mind, Body and Spirit.

These sessions are offered as private sessions for one or two people.

When: November 15 (beginning at 5 PM. The last session begins at 8 PM).

During the holiday season, everyone is busy. There is so much to do. Everyone seems to be rushing, worrying, preparing, planning, scheduling, and navigating last minute tasks and responsibilities. Some may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, guilty, angry, or even tearful. For those who have lost a loved one recently – or anytime in the past – , this time of year can be especially challenging.

Self-care and Self-love are always extremely important, but even more important during the holiday season.
Without taking time for self-care and self-love you will become worn out, and your resilience will weaken. Symptoms of depression and anxiety can become exacerbated by additional stress. Symptoms that are inflamed by stress are difficult to endure, especially with the added pressure of the holidays.

Taking care of yourself is not selfish. It’s a way of making yourself stronger, and becoming a better person, so that you can be at your best for everyone and everything else!

One way of finding time to take care of yourself is to strengthen your meditation practice. This is why I am offering this guided meditation to relieve holiday stress and anxiety.

Let’s take an hour, just one hour during this busy time to meditate together. You’ll feel so much better. And, you deserve it!

Let’s Meditate Together!

Reiki Shares offer the opportunity to receive Reiki from multiple practitioners with different levels of experience, as well as, it gives practitioners who wish to practice, a chance to give Reiki to the other participants.
Each recipient will take a turn lying on the Reiki table while the other practitioners gather and move around the table to exchange Reiki, making sure that everyone receives a similar amount of Reiki.
A Reiki Share gives us a chance to Receive Reiki, Give Reiki and to Socialize with other Reiki Practitioners. (You must be attuned to Reiki to attend. All levels of Reiki are welcome)
