**10\. Dead bug with stability ball** (Partner exercise; strengthens core muscles; Reduced back pain; improved posture)

**11\. Middle split with Swiss ball**(Partner Stretch)

**12\. Low Plank\, Arms on stability ball**(core muscle building)

**13\. Low Plank\, feet on stability ball** (Core strength)

**14\. Backbend on yoga ball\(** easy stretch; tension and back pain release)

**15\. Side body stretch on Yoga ball** (for healthier spine)

**You need to bring:**
1\. Grip socks above the ankles\, ballet shoes\, or your regular socks above the ankles\.
2\. A bottle of water for yourself\(no glass on the ballet dance floor\)
