Everyone’s a winner at the Brisbane Jazz Club this New Year’s Eve!

Come dressed as an iconic figure from the Rat Pack era as Swing Central with Brad Leaver transport you back in time to celebrate the new year in vintage Las Vegas style. Indulge in a martini, sit back and relax to the smoky, smooth vocals of Mr Brad Leaver and his Big Band. As sophisticated and profound as anything by Tony Bennett, Brad combines PhD intellect with caveman machismo, mixed in a blender of pure swing, guaranteed to grab even the most Sinatra-proof listener way down at the bottom of their soul.

The name Rat Pack originated with Lauren Bacall, after several days of partying at the L.A. Desert Inn Hotel and Casino. At some point, Bacall looked at her fellow revellers’ dishevelled appearances and remarked that they looked like a pack of rats.

So, spin the wheel to choose your casino evening attire inspired by Rat Pack members such as Humphrey Bogart, Judy Garland, Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Junior, Dean Martin, David Niven and their fellow carousers.

Join us for a sumptuous three course meal served as an alternate drop, and outstanding music from one of our most popular bands. Guests will need to be seated by 7pm ready for the first course to begin being served.
